FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS at Northwest Jewelry Here are some of our most frequently asked questions ~ we strive to make your shopping experience with us the best it can be! How and when will my jewelry be shipped? We strive to ship all orders within two business days. For all shipping within the United States, your jewelry will be shipped USPS priority mail. It should arrive within 2-3 business days after being shipped and most often arrives within two days. What about international shipping? Please email prior to purchasing your item for international shipping charges. I do ship internationally, but do not guarantee which type of shipping or how long it will take to arrive, as there are sometimes customs delays. My goal is to ship your items within two days of purchase. Please do not ask me to mark the item as a gift, as I cannot legally do that. Will I be notified when my jewelry has been shipped? You will receive an email telling you when the item was shipped. You can usually expect to receive it within two days after receiving the email. How will the jewelry be packaged? Most pieces will come in a jewelry box contained within a larger box. Occasionally, because of the size of a particular piece or for some other reason, you will receive it in a zippered or snapped pouch, or a smaller white cardboard box. If you plan on giving the jewelry as a gift, all you have to do is place it in a gift bag and it's ready to go! Do you size rings or make other jewelry adjustments? Unfortunately, we do not have a bench jeweler on site, so cannot size rings. We can advise you whether a ring is able to be sized by your local jeweler--most of the time, it can. Some exceptions include diamond or gemstone eternity bands, or titanium rings. What forms of payment will you accept? We accept most credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Additionally, we will accept a check or money order, but shipping of your item will be delayed until the check clears and/or the money order is received. If you wish to pay with a check or money order, email us at info@northwestjewelry.com for further instructions. What about returns? We really hope you love every item you order, but if you find you need to return an item, email us within three days at info@northwestjewelry.com and ship the item back within five business days. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund your full purchase price, less shipping. |
