Here is a real bargain. As you know, rubies are one of the top four precious gemstones, along with diamond, emerald and sapphire. And as you may know, a ruby is merely a very red sapphire. Depending on the color and hue, a particular gemstone may be graded as a pink sapphire or a ruby.
Here is a ring that is graded as a pink sapphire, but the color is actually a raspberry red. It’s not quite red enough for me to grade it as a ruby, so it is classified and priced as a sapphire:

This beauty has 1.34 carats total weight of marquis-cut raspberry red sapphires and .28 carats total weight of I-J color SI clarity diamonds. It’s a size 7. It is very sparkly and looks great on the finger! Check out this beautiful ring here.
